Depending on the customer's situation, our interim managers take on a line responsibility (RentaManager®) or merely an advisory role (RentaConsultant®). In either case, the expert will feature substantial line and industry experience.

As we believe that strong implementation skills are key to successful interim management and consulting projects, you will NOT find in our expert pool the typical consultant common in the big name consulting firms:

aged around 30, academically biased, with 3-5 years professional experience, and little focus on implementing his findings.

Instead, our interim managers - regardless whether in a management or consulting role - are practitioners: they focus on getting things done and on achieving results.
