QuickHire® – quick search for permanent employment

Recently, more and more customers have been asking us to look in our pool of experts for managers for permanent positions. Usually, they need someone fast.
 
In such cases, we provide managers and experts from our pool who are both capable of performing the task at hand and willing to enter into a long-term employment contract afterwards. So with QuickHire®, our customers can combine the recruitment speed of interim management with the advantages of permanent employment.

This part of our service is basically conventional recruitment consulting, and compensation is based on customary terms and conditions for professional HR consultants.

However, we do not compete with professional head hunters, who search more intensively. Our business model does not comprise classic thorough, but time-consuming research with professional researchers, which is the trademark of professional HR consultants.

Our focus is on the speed at which we can identify people in our large pool - and sometimes beyond it - who are interested in permanent employment. Many young managers and experts who would not turn down a new, long-term commitment have joined the pool recently.
