Thank you for your interest in engaging one of our experts. Our collaboration usually follows these steps: - You, the customer, require an expert (interim manager, consultant, specialist). Hence, you contact ZMM, either by filling out the
 contact form or by calling +49 89 542 6440. - We ask for the specific details of your requirement.
- We search in our database for qualified candidates and email you their profiles within 24 hours. "Profiles" are abbreviated CVs in German.
- You choose the candidates who interest you most.
- We check their availability and email you their full CVs.
- You select the candidates you wish to interview.
- We organise the interviews.
- Within Germany we do not charge a fee or any travel expenses for personal interviews with experts, which ZMM generally also attends.
- When you decided in favour of a candidate, ZMM and you will conclude a contract. ZMM again has a contract with the expert who will work for you.
- You will pay the stipulated fee to ZMM and settle the expert's travel and out-of-pocket-expenses directly with him.
